View the results of our customer survey.

We received many responses for services that we would like to offer and for some that we already have. We want to give a little information on what the current services are and how to get them. Please feel free to post your comments on these. In some cases we may be asking for clarification on some of the comments we received and would be very happy if we could get some feedback.

Several people would like to be sent library notices.

We do have this available as long as you have an active email address in your record. You're library can look this up for you.We have the following notices available:

  • Reminders for items that will soon be due
  • Hold pick-up notices
  • Hold cancellation notices
  • Library events & news (if your library participates and after the results of the survey, many more should be!)
  • Overdue notices
  • Favorites - flag authors or subjects as favorites and receive notice when new items that match these are added.
